Ben

Could carve his initials on even the hardest heart.

“Ben” was a Piper son, and his father was AKC Champion Bounty’s Battlewagon, a.k.a. “Salty.” As Ben matured he developed a very devilish demeanor, always trying to see how far the rules could be stretched. Hence his name, Halo Bender.

You may have seen Ben elsewhere, since he was the Mack Truck 100th Anniversary poster Bulldog.

Ben passed away late in 2000 due to complications following a routine neuter surgery. He is missed by us here at Red Brick, and by the Maniloff family who shared his company for nearly a year.
