Elke is a wonderfully smart, eager, athletic girl who has been shining brightly ever since her training began.
She successfully completed Puppy Kindergarten, utilizing some play training methods. She then moved right into Novice Obedience. Elke's training has always been positive motivation and food reward, including clicker training.
Elke completed her CD with qualifying scores earned by a second place in Novice B at the Bulldog Club of America Nationals in Indianapolis, 2001, in the Spring of 2002 at the Lebanon Valley Kennel Club Show, and at Dauphin Dog Training's Obedience Trial in Lebanon, PA in November 2003.
Special Thanks to our most excellent friend and obedience handler Theresa Crowley, who handled Elke to her third and final leg at Dauphin in Novice B. Special Thanks also to our friends at What A Good Dog in Villanova.
Elke has also proven to be an outstanding brood bitch and excellent mother. She was spayed in 2007 after whelping a singleton puppy we call "Patience." Elke is now retired and spending her time keeping everybody in line.
